Microsoft has just released final version of its Windows Phone 7 RTM (Release To Manufacturers) operating system. The copies of new OS have been already sent to Microsoft’s partners – mobile devices producers and mobile operators. It is expected that the first devices running on new Windows Phone 7 will be launched by the end of October.
