Engadget has just published first photos and list of specifications of two coming Dell’s devices. Both Dell Looking Glass and Dell Streak 5 belong to tablets class and run on Google Android 2.1 operating system.

Dell Looking Glass android tablet

Dell Looking Glass is based on Nvidia’s Tegra 2 platform and is equipped with 4 Gb RAM, 4 Gb internal storage, MicroSD external memory card slot (up to 32 Gb), 1.3 Mp webcamera, Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi, GPS, accelerometer, digital compass, 2100 mAh battery, optional 3G module. The screen has 7 inch diagonal, 800×480px resolution and supports multi-touch technology. This tablet measures 198х130х12.75mm and weights 500g. Dell Looking Glass is expected to become available by the end of this year.

Dell Streak 5

Dell Streak 5 will be released a little bit earlier – in the begging of September. This tablet is equipped with 3G modem and supports UMTS/HSDPA/HSUPA 850/1900/2100 MHz and GSM/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900 MHz networks. Other specifications are 1 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon QSD8250 processor, 256 Mb RAM, 512 Mb ROM, 2 GB built-in storage, MicroSD memory card slot, 5 inch multi-touch capable screen with 800×480px resolution, 5 Mp camera with autofocus, frontal 0.3 Mp camera for video calls, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, accelerometer, motion sensors, digital compass. Dell Streak 5 measures 153х80х10mm and weights 220g.
