At the turn of the last year Android Market store included 20,000 apps. According to AndroLib company today after two months this number reached 30,000. It is notable that most of applications here are free (60%). Android Market is still far behind of Apple App Store but its growth rate is very impressive. Taking into consideration that more than 60,000 Android device are sold daily it is possible that in near future Android Market will overtake the rival.
