The 9.99mm-thin Dell Adamo XPS pretends to be the thinnest present-day laptop. But the list of its technical characteristics is also impressive. This device is equipped with 1.4 GHz Core 2 Duo ultra-low voltage CPU, 13.4-inch high-definition display, 4 GB DDR3 RAM, GMA 4500 graphic system, 128 Gb SSD, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1, 3 USB 2.0 ports, DisplayPort video out and web camera. There are also another one nice features – to release a latch you have to stroke your finger in a certain place – special sensor reacts to body temperature. Nevertheless there are some disadvantages – the battery of this premium class laptop is only rated to deliver 2 hours and 36 minutes. There is also extended battery but it murders the whole idea of this laptop. The pre-installed operating system is Windows 7. Dell Adamo XPS will become available in December and will cost $1800.
