WikiReader: Wikipedia in your pocket

OpenMoko has just released new remarkable device. It is electronic encyclopedia that gives physical form to Wikipedia. WikiReader has no any connectivity and can’t be connected to the global network but has more than 3 million in its memory. This device is equipped with one-color touch screen, only 3 simple buttons and microSD memory card slot (4 Gb card included). It is also said that twice a year OpenMoko will offer content updates that can be downloaded from official producer’s site or sent by usual mail on a new memory card ($29 for two updates per year). It is also notable that two standard AAA batteries power WikiReader for about 12 months of normal usage. OpenMoko WikiReader is already available on official site and costs only $99.
