Two new Linux communicators by Samsung
Yesterday Vodafone announced two new communicators designed by Samsung. They are Vodafone 360 H1 and Vodafone 360 M1 (Samsung H1 and Samsung M1). The main feature of these mobile devices is their operating system - LiMo Release 2.

Samsung H1 is equipped with 3.5 inch AMOLED touch screen with 480×800 px resolution, TI OMAP 3430 600 MHz CPU, 5 Mp camera with autofocus and flash, 0.3 Mp camera for video calls, FM radio with RDS, 16 Gb built-in memory, microSD card slot (up to 16 Gb), Wi-Fi (802.11b/g), Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP, 3.5 mm audio jack, A-GPS and 1500 mAh battery. Samsung H1 measures 115.9х58х12.9 mm and weights 134 g. Supported network standards are GSM/GPRS/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900 MHz, WCDMA/HSDPA 2100 MHz.

In contrast to the H1 Samsung M1 supports the same network standards but has not so impressive set of technical characteristics - ARM Cortex A8 600 MHz, 3.2 inch TFT touch screen with 480×800 px resolution, 3.2 Mp camera with autofocus and flash, 0.3 Mp camera for video calls, 1 Gb built-in memory, microSD card slot (up to 16 Gb), Wi-Fi (802.11b/g), Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP, A-GPS and 3.5 mm audio jack. The dimensions are of Samsung M1 are 111х55х13,3 mm., the weight is 111 g.
The announcement of these both communicators took place at the presentation of new mobile operator’s service - Vodafone 360. According to official information this service will provide opportunity to synchronize and to get quick access to social content such as contacts, social networks accounts, photos and etc. There are also some “live” photos of Samsung H1
